Big Things are happening at Tower Estates!

Welcome to our first online newsletter.  Tower Estates are proud to announce a number of new and exciting changes just introduced to offer you, the client, much more.

1 We now offer sales too.  Ever since we launched Tower Estates in 1998 we have concentrated solely on Letting residential property in and around Scarborough.  Our reputation as an efficient, friendly local company has grown over the years and we are the go-to company for most local landlords and tenants when the time comes to rent a property.  For many years now we have been asked by our customers if we would do sales as well.  So, due to very popular demand from our clients, we have launched our sales department this year.  Headed up by Tom Hunter, we aim to offer the same excellent service we do in lettings, and to ‘do more’ than is normally required from an Estate Agent.  Clients can expect a fast, efficient service from initial call right through to move in day.  We will keep everyone informed of the progress being made throughout the sale and will be fully contactable during the process.  Furthermore, we will help buyers with everything from finding a suitable financial advisor and conveyancer through to reliable removals firms and utility handover help.  We genuinely want to be exceptional as Estate Agents and promise to meet the same very high standards of service that we offer with lettings.

2 Advanced Rent Option.  Our landlords can now have their whole years’ rent paid upfront, even where the tenant pays monthly.  The money received is not classed as a loan and does not affect the owners’ credit score.  This service can be used for anything the landlord wants, from carrying out essential repairs, buying their next investment property or even going on the holiday of a lifetime!  It’s totally up to them.  Find out how much you could receive by following the link in the ‘Landlords’ drop down tab.

3 Tenants Reward Scheme.  We have great tenants here at Tower Estates, and we always look at ways to help them and offer a level of service not seen anywhere else.  It makes the experience of renting through us much happier and stress-free and we always try to ‘do more’ than we are required to.  Every tenant of ours is now given access to our Tenant Reward Scheme, where they can genuinely save real money on everyday expenses such as shopping from the big supermarkets through to online shopping or even buying a coffee or booking a holiday.  There are over 700 companies offering discounts and savings to our tenants.  Each tenant can enter a draw to win 1 months’ rent free every month as well!  It’s totally free as long as they remain tenants of ours.  Just click the ‘Tower Tenant Reward’ link under the ‘Lettings’ tab to find out more.
